Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services provided by Byte Blitz Tech LLC may be canceled or refunded. As a provider of digital and IT services, all work is performed based on agreed scope, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Nature of Services
- All services are intangible, digital, and customized
- No physical products are sold or shipped
- Work begins only after agreement and/or initial payment
Due to the nature of services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
3. Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins:
- Clients may cancel a project before work starts
- Any advance payment may be refunded after deducting processing or administrative costs
After Work Has Started:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
- Payment is required for work already completed
- Remaining work will be canceled accordingly
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated based on project stage:
a. Full Refund (if applicable):
- If payment is made but work has not started
b. Partial Refund:
- If work has started but not completed
- Refund amount = Total paid − value of completed work
c. No Refund:
- Completed and delivered services
- Approved milestones
- Delays caused by client (lack of communication, missing requirements, etc.)
5. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects divided into milestones:
- Each milestone is billed separately
- Once a milestone is completed and approved, it is non-refundable
6. Subscription / Ongoing Services
For ongoing support or maintenance:
- Clients may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for already billed periods
7. EU Consumer Considerations
For clients located in the European Union:
- By engaging services, the client explicitly agrees to the immediate start of service delivery
- The client acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be waived once service execution begins
- Partial refunds may still apply based on work completed
8. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises:
- Both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication
- Refund decisions are made based on documented scope, work progress, and communication records
