1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Byte Blitz Tech LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Byte Blitz Tech LLC provides digital IT services including, but not limited to:

  • Web Development
  • IT Infrastructure Setup
  • Network Configuration
  • AI Automation
  • Technical Support

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

3. Scope of Work

  • Each project is defined by a mutually agreed scope
  • Any work outside the agreed scope will require additional approval and may incur extra charges
  • Timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete requirements
  • Respond in a timely manner
  • Supply necessary access, content, and approvals

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

5. Payments

  • Payments are made against invoices issued by Byte Blitz Tech LLC
  • Projects may require advance or milestone-based payments
  • Work may be paused if payments are delayed

All fees are for services rendered and do not include taxes unless stated.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment
  • Byte Blitz Tech LLC retains the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Byte Blitz Tech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

9. Service Availability

  • Ongoing services depend on agreed terms and availability
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation but aim for best-effort delivery

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice
  • Payment is required for work completed up to the termination date

11. Compliance with Laws

Clients agree to use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those in the United States and the European Union where applicable.

12. EU Consumer Rights

  • Clients in the EU acknowledge that digital services may begin immediately upon agreement
  • By proceeding, the client may waive the right of withdrawal once service execution has started

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
